Ukiyo-e painter, Japanese-style painter and lithographer. He studied under Taki Katei. While he created frontispieces and illustrations as a news painter, he also showed paintings such as Beauty and Kachoga (Bird-and-Flower Painting) at Bunten Exhibition.
